Who this is for

KidMint is a family chore-and-reward app. Parents sign in with Google. Children use a family join code and a 4-digit PIN — not email, not Google, not a password of their own.

What we collect

• Parent account information from Google Sign-In.
• Family data you create: family name, child profiles (nickname, birthday, avatar, PIN hash), chores, rewards, coin history.
• Optional chore proof photos when you turn photo proof on for a chore. Photos are stored so a parent can review the work.
• Push notification tokens so we can notify parents when it matters.

What we do not do

• We do not run ads or use advertising identifiers.
• We do not sell family data.
• Proof photos are not a public feed and are not used for advertising.
• Crash reports, if any, carry ids only — no names, emails, nicknames, or photos. Screen recording (session replay) is off.

Infrastructure

To run the app we use processors such as hosting and database providers, photo storage, push notification services, and crash reporting. We do not claim end-to-end encryption. This list will be named precisely in a lawyer-reviewed version before store launch.

Deletion

Parents can delete their account in the app. Deletion removes the family, children's access, join codes, and proof photos. It cannot be undone.
